At Franklin Links, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your jewelry piece for any reason please reach out to us immediately. We offer a 5-day return policy on non-custom pieces within 5 days of receiving your jewelry.

To initiate a return on any non-custom piece, please contact our customer service team at info@franklinlinks.com with your oder number. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Items mailed back us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
